3 Sisters Chocolate Shipping Practice
Most orders are shipped in 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Friday's because your chocolates will sit in an non-air conditioned warehouse over the weekend. Sometimes very large orders require more time to ship. We will contact you if there is any delay in shipping your order.
3 Sisters Chocolate Bar and Bakery typically 
uses FedEx to provide our shipping services. Shipping costs are dependent on the weight of the item, the destination and how fast you need delivery.
Generally, FedEx Home Delivery is the least expensive and delivery is made in 2-3 days, except for the West Coast, which is typically 4 days. Of course, you have the option of selecting expedited shipping services.
The following map shows "typical" FedEx ground ship days from 3 Sisters Chocolate (zip code 32257). Please note that these ship times do not apply to Hot Weather Shipping (see below).
In the hot weather months we change our standard shipping from FedEx Home Delivery to FedEx 2 day Express with reusable ice packs. The ice packs will generally remain frozen for 2-3 days and you can reuse them for other purposes. 
Hot Weather Shipping
We recommend that you select a delivery destination that is air conditioned, where someone can 
accept your package. FedEx will leave packages on your porch if no one is home. In severe heat this could cause damage to your order.
In the hot, summer months, we only ship orders if FedEx estimates you will receive your order by Friday; otherwise, orders are shipped on Monday (unless you select overnight shipping). Again, we do not want your delectable chocolates sitting in a hot warehouse all weekend.
